Alure, psylar, and armiger can keep him from ever getting a turn as long as you can keep a shield on them at all times. If you have or manage to pull metalshaper, he can keep the shield up by himself, so run him along with any champ in destroy gear (high khatun maybe? her damage isn't great but her aura and abilities certainly are). If not, zelotah and any other AoE shield champ should work.

You might not even need to 6 star them. I use pretty much the team i described above (alure, armiger, psylar, metalshaper, and either ripper or fu-shan [ripper for normal difficulty, fu-shan for hard]) and my psylar, armiger, and metalshaper are all rank 5.
