You already fused the legendary? Pulled all the missing rares from shards? Anyway, no, temporary fusions end as soon as you fuse the legendary - in some cases you can't fuse the epics twice, either, but in this case what with the epic being the same one four times, I think you could actually fuse him five times. But have to do it before fusing the legendary. 

Is  there  anyone  i  can  talk  with  about  taking  the  rares  i  have  out  if  my  account  and  allowing  me  to  get  the  epic  out  in?  I  was  not  aware  thats  how  it  works.  ive  worked  so  hard  on  this
