8 out of 10 i will be out speed by arbiter (sometimes lysandara too) on plats arena. i have been playing this game for about 10 months and i never bought the speed sets.
i farm dragon 20 daily in hoping to get better speed gears.
btw this is the total stats of my arbiter.
maybe i need to consider lining up a more defensive team rather than a fast nuke team.
Looks pretty nice! Definitely good enough to beat 99 percent of players in the arena, but of course platinum are the absolute best, most of them both big spenders and already longer in the game than you. They're likely to have 350+ speed on their Arbi/Lyss if they go for speed teams, not sure what the absolute record is.
I'd say 345+ is safe enough, though I know people that finished on plat with way less. Really depends on your champ rotations.
I see you have Siphi though, if you really want to sqeeze in more speed, you can get Arbiter's gear on Siphi to get more bonus speed from your speed sets/lore of steel.
