Speed buffs and TM boosts are generally not recommended when setting up a Counterattack team as you'd prefer to have your counterattack buffs tuned to the CB's AoE attacks. 

Maybe you can show us your champion roster here so we can give you suggestions on who to use instead?

LOL, I am no help.  But seems like a team in there somewhere that can 4key UNM until you get an unkillable comp.

Right now im running Sandlashed (lead), draco, valk, sepulcher, apothecary (since I dont have full lifesteal eq on valk and I need to heal her, she is also not ascended yet...). I can 4 key unm with this improvised comp. I guess golden reaper would be much better than apothecary since he has decrease atk and reduce cd of skills. 

I was thinking about redesigning my team to use vogoth with his passive leech instead of lifesteal sets on everyone... but thats a future perspective.

Still, idk what comp would it be. Draco and banshee in 1 team is an overkill, since the bar will be full of poison and wont apply decrease ATK. I also have Iron Brago which seems to be pretty good to combo with valk.

I was thinking:

 Sepulcher - defence up, dec atk, block stun

Valk - shield and counter

Draco - poison and dec def and weaken

Vogoth - leech, inc duration of debuffs (much better with valk i guess

Aox - additional poison A1+ dec atk A3 + inc duration of debuffs 

(Jareg/Sandlashed/Golden reaper/ Seeker/ Iron Brago) - to further consideration instead of vogoth if I get good lifesteal eq...
