You got better champs that should be 6 starred first before Kurzad. Sethalia, Maulie, Royal Guard, and Frozen Banshee would be better candidates. 

I'd maybe do Sethalia first so you can get her tier 6 mastery for CB.

real good roster, i agree with Lxzy.  You are close to a team that can get to Dragon20 and improve in CB along way.  Lots of farming to do.  Plenty of 6star worthy cnamps.  I'd add Maus Mage to that list though epic and lego books are going to be in short supply.  Any event you can get a book in go for it.  Alure is great for spider and fk, and doesn't need any books as well.  But I would push for a dragon20/CB team 1st.  Sethalia and Maus Mage will be great carries.  If Kael is in lifesteal with enough ACC for d20 and CB with stag and apo that team won't be the fastest but once all are 60 will be goode enough for d20.

Hi Trips.  

My Mausaleum Mage is fully booked.  He's been in almost every team l use.  He is also very difficult to kill off.  Kael is in Lifesteal and Cruel.  His ACC is at 190.  What would you suggest my D20 team should be?  Right now I'm only at D15.  :-P

if u fully booked mage, i'd 60 him and sethalia. Apo Kael Stag Mage Sethalia

Stag is weak affinity against d20, build for acc/def/hp and speed on boots for all.  The rest of team should keep everyone alive.

Hmmm..  I have 5 Legendary Books.  Would you suggest l use on Sethalia or hold off to use with a better Leg when l get one?

You say "You are close to a team that can get to Dragon20" , but then you are far from there. you must also have good gear parts. 

Kael must in lifesteal must have 100% critrate, and 200% critdamage, for a working damage poison.

And enough acc . Anough HP and def. Or he dies quickly .

unfortunately I will never reach level 20 from dragon. Because I always have too little energy, and therefore can not do much farming. and I don't get to good gear, because most of them are worthless. And cannot upgrade because of the failure and waste of silver.

Lol. The early grind is painfully slow, patience is a virtue. I had all the same problems when I began:

Chose elhain, ugh

Didn't understand farming well...

Everyone was too slow 

Not enough energy 

Arena too hard

Lol, if you expect rapid progress without grinding a full team of 6stars you need a new game. If you get lucky and level the right mix of heroes you can improve much faster. I think @SunnyRay posted his roster for completion of arbiter missions with no legendaries and <10 6stars. Most impressive arbiter completion ive seen on here.  It took me 6 or 7 months and a lucky legendary pull. And realizing I slept on stag knight for months (my biggest midgame mistake by far)
