Yeah, they don't make much sense to me.  I go against a team with 60k and do no damage to them, then I go against a 90k team and 1 shot them.  Also don't get why my team power is so low (49k).  I can't remember the last time I went up against a team with lower power than me.

Don't read too much into team power. Some stats give more power than others like Resist, Crit, HP which may be indicative of better gear but always remember that team comp and synergy doesn't convert into power. Focus on getting better gear, analyze how each opposing arena team runs, compose your teams accordingly, and you'll get better results. 

As  Lxyz  mentioned,  power  without  synergy  is  the  same  as  a  team  without synergy.  hower,  power  with  synergy  is  a  diff story,  depending on  the  level  we're playing at
