I am trying to figure out which Bosses the TMR works on. I know Clan Boss is immune, but I was using my Alure on the Dragon in Dragons Den and l noticed that it doesn't seem to work on the dragon either. It works against the Fire Knight, but is there a list which shows which ones TMR does work on and which ones it doesn't work on.

Idk if there is a list, but when you're fighting them you can check their skills, and one of their passive skills tells you what they're immune to (freeze, stun, sleep, TMR, HP balancing, etc)

It has tons of information to help you in the game. If you click on Dragon Lair, it will give you info on his kit, plus rank champions that are good against this boss.
I don't now where you are at in the game, but remember that you can't just pick the highest ranking champs as your team. You will need a team that works well together, some damage, healing, revive, buff/debuff, etc. Plus, your team will need to evolve as you move up to any level 20 dungeon.
Also, join an active clan where you can ask questions if you need help. My clan has been the best help for me to progresses.
Unless they fixed it recently, the Dragon's skills never mention anywhere that it's immune to turn meter reduction, but indeed, it is. The Spider, Fire Knight, Ice Golem and Minotaur are not, among the Doom Tower bosses some are and some not.

Just FYI: I checked the site before posting, just to make sure it had this information.
It has it in the Dragon Lair overview, "You can’t slow the Dragon as he is immune to Decrease Turn Meter and Decrease Speed effects.", and under its passive skill Almighty Immunity [Passive] "In addition, the Dragon is not affected by [Decrease Turn Meter] effects."
I dont think it has this information when you check his skills during actual game play. This may be what you were referring to.

To answer OPs question, the only bosses in the game immune to turn meter reduction are the clan boss and both the dragons (dragon's lair and doom tower).
