It's got to be possible, since I see content creators on Youtube have, for example, gem giveaways, but I can't find anything in-game to facilitate it. So, how can it be done? I want to send a friend some gems and an XP boost for their birthday.

Raid does not have such a feature, but you can send your friend a gift card in order for him to be able to buy in game stuff.

Yeah, sure, gift cards work for everything, but I was trying to do something a bit more personal; gems from my mine, you know. I am also still wondering how content creators promise "360 gems give-away" when it's basically gift cards that could be used for anything. Are there special promo codes only people affiliated with Plarium in some arrangement can use?

Also, content creators are able to do certain giveaways for the player base based on their agreement with the company.
