My coffin Smasher is level 50. I was using him in The minotaur's Labyrinth and I noticed his a A1 3rd attack animation against the boss and the display on the screen was not displaying properly. Also the health bar on the third attack would just disappear instead of the health bar turning a different shade of red and Goin Down.

Also character needs minor AI tweak. Character should prioritize A1 if targets total HP is less than ??%, I would suggest 12.
