If Umbral Enchantress' Undying Evil specifically says "The [Block Cooldown Skills] debuff cannot be resisted or blocked and cannot be removed", why is it that the debuff can be removed by either the Resurgent mastery, or another champ who can remove debuffs? It literally says you shouldn't be able to do that.

I've encountered both situations a couple times, and just to test out that I wasn't crazy, I took my own Umbral Enchantress and tried to remove her Block Cooldown Skills debuff with Bad-El-Kazar, and it gets removed each time. 

This should be fixed either so that it does what it says, or so that it no longer says this. Kinda misleading.
