I had 3 Referrals but I removed one so I could add others. but it did not work, I am not able to see the Referrals I removed but I am not able to add another Referral or add the old Referral back, what can be done?

Yes, I did. strange things is that I can still see the progress meter of the referal that I removed.
Yes that's how the Referral System works. You can only collect rewards once per slot. Example: if you invite Friend A and they reach level 30, but then stop playing and are replaced, you will not get rewards for Friend B (who’s taken Friend A’s place) reaching Levels 10 and 20.
If i remove friend A, and add a friend who is at level 20, after that if friend B reaches level 50, I should get the remaining rewards. is that correct?
also, why am not able to re-add the friend A
if friend A starts playing again, will I get the reward once he reaches level 50
