I'm just assuming things since there is no screenshot, but I believe you've reached the turn limit of 1000 which applies everywhere in the game.

This occurs if a fight is taking too long and the result would be too heavy loaded to get send to the servers.

To prevent such errors the only thing we can advice is to try and beat the stage faster, since after roughly 25-30min. on auto mode this 1000 turns are reached.

Guys I hv got 5 duplicate legendary champ in a row since early dec. Is this normal to you guys or just happen only to me. I really feel victimise after pulling hundreds of shard just to get something useless. I could understand and accept to get duplicate champ at ramdon due to the game RNG. But 5 in a row is really too much and hard to accept. How can I voice this out to the game dev and seek for fair compensation to the money I spent. Thk 

Youre always going to get dupes. Thats part of the games rng. your not going to get compensated. Eventually there's supposed to be a dupe system though

I do agree to get dupe occasionally and it did happen to me all this while. But to get dupe lengardary champ consecutively for 5 times there must be something wrong in their RNG system. Anyway I am not going to waste any more money on shard until they give me a satisfactory solution.
