You have all those champs and you cant beat spider 14? You should be able to beat spider 20 on auto in about 2 minutes.
HP burn all the way.
Drexthar Bloodtwin + any healer + any tank + just about any 2 other champs (I recommend single hitters who reduce boss turn meter)

On second thought - just realised Drexthar applies HP Burn when hit - I thought he did an AoE HP burn. Annoying spider 14 is also blue affinity.
You could try Trunda Giltmallet instead, and probably a bunch of healers/support guys, or heavy 1-hitters.

So many options to beat that spider rofl, I wish I had this champ pool ...
First you have Miscreated Monster who is number 1 mvp for spider den, bring him lv 60 asap.
The most common way is to go for a burn hp comp with Trunda followed by Scyl as an AOE stunner, Apothecarry as leader, Roshcard is always a nice delayer while the burn is doig its effect or you can run Sepulcher as a 5th who is nice for that block debuff.
==> Apothecary lead | Miscreated Monster | Scyl | Trunda | Roshcard or Sepulcher
This comp can already be your spiden 20 farm composition, then you can put any artifact you want, just take the accuracy of Trunda, Miscreated Monster and Scyl at around 200.
Put everybody's speed over 180 (push it as far as possible with Apothecarry) and everybody's defense at 2500 minimum and it will do the job in auto for every affinity except force.
For force affinity (spider 19 is the hardest), if you still strugle with this comp, you can go for a nice cheesy composition with Elenaril and some poisoners, with Vizier who expands those debuffs so that Elenaril burn it all and pretty much oneshot the spider.
