Alure, Coldheart, Skullcrusher, Stag Knight, and Ma'Shalled maybe? Make Alure fast and make sure she gets to the boss, that should probably do it. What comps have you tried so far?

I could see this working. But you may need 1 sustain cheap to heal/revive. You probably have 100 combinations that would work with that roster. Skullcrusher might even make the run slower, with enough speed you don't really need CA. The AI is horrible but apothecary, stag, coldheart, scyl, mashalled I would imagine would be 100% success. 

Here is a team consist of champions you already build. Slow but, it works with high success rate if built correctly. 

Just to note that my Alure and Armiger have 220+ speed and 100% crit rate.

Stag Knight is dps build. 

Coldheart have 204 speed. 

Scyl is just there to heal and revive if someone dies. But in this run no one dies and the boss does not even take a turn.

I use Tayrel, Alure, Coldheart, Rhazin and Maulie.  Maulie easily keeps the waves occupied while I kill them off, and then once I hit the FK Alure will single-handedly keep him from getting a turn once his shield is dropped.  The occasional Heartseeker and Bog Down helps too!
