For my CB, I am currently using Frozen Banshee, Coldheart, Ma'Shalled, Drokul, and Apothecary.
Who should I 6 star next to improve my CB Team?
Aothar or Ghrush or Coffin Smasher?
(And I'd probably kick out Ma'Shalled. Also, I should be getting Drexthar in about 2 weeks, and then Rhazin in about a month or two - so two more good ones coming soon-ish.)

Kick out Coldheart, not Ma'Shalled. But at the moment you have neither a decrease attack, nor decrease defense, both of which are normally considered pretty must-have on a CB team. Coffin Smasher could help with the decrease attack, I guess. Aothar is a good poisoner who combines well with FB (I have both on my own CB team), but I wouldn't add him until you have the other debuffs sorted. Ghrush offers leech, but Ma'Shalled already has that, some healing and some chance to put decrease attack but with poor uptime. Certainly a good CB kit, but in your circumstances I think CS may be more important.
Definitely Coffin Smasher you need Decrease Attack unless it's an unkillable which this isnt
I also have a Grizzled Jarl. Would this be a better option than Coffin Smasher? Or still Coffin Smasher?

Grizzled Jarl needs books, and a lot more of them than Coffin. Coffin also only needs rare books.
I would 6 star Frozen Banshee.
