There's a minimum level where you can get them, you sure lv 12 is above that minimum level?

Can you post a screenshot of the challenge here? Those tend to be specific with where you'd need to get the potions if I remember correctly. 

For some reason I cant add a screenshot.  I follow the instructions and it opens a new blank page that is not Raid.  

Are there problems with the forum also?  I notice the posts are out of order.  

I have completed 2 of the potion missions prior.  No problems.  

The mission is 

Win 5 Greater Spirit potions from stage 7 of higher of the Spirit Keep.  I won 6 and have 20 in storage.  Its obvious the mission has been completed.  

Just to make sure greater is the middle one and you have won 6 of them... Correct?

No.  I won 6 of the largest size.  But, I know that I had to win at least a few of the middle size and it shows I won zero.  The photo on the mission is of the large one.  

I will wait for Spirit Keep to open again.  Maybe it was a one day glitch.  If I have another problem I will contact support.  

The smallest one is [affinity] potion, the middle one is Greater [affinity] potion, and the largest one is the superior [affinity potion]

As in anyother misaion, the picture in the banner is the reward that you will get once you finish the mission, so the superior potion in the picture is the reward you will get once you finished the mission, NOT the target.

I think we have solved this mystery.
