Ok, so he won't be much good for your defensive teams then. But what do you care on arena offense what the AI prioritizes? Just fight manually, I always do except now with the bot teams...  

Same feeling when I first use Serris in offense. But I get over it. I manual every arena since. And honestly, I now enjoy arena more when I manual it. 

At the very least, did you try how his performance was in manual?

I got 100 frags already but I still wait till the next champion chase event or other chance to fuse him. It cost me about 500 gems to complete it, most gems are used at Ice Golem tournaments. 

From the 4th month playing this game, I never upgrade a champ without knowing how good/bad he/she is. In-game reviews are important, youtube review also important and the most important reason is I don't have spare money to waste (for nothing). 

I agree. I do not auto my Arena battles in Gold IV, unless it is a lone enemy that does not look like a trap.

Why would AI over ride the A1, A2, A3 order?  I thought it had happened to me but I wasnt sure.  

I have upgraded my Elegaius Gear.

The gear isn't maxed out, but the stats seem good enough for what I am trying to achieve.

I think Elegaius does really good Manually.

I just hate having to Manual dozens of Classical Arena fights.

I like to Auto my fights when I am trying to Farm Arena.

I don't see Elegaius as a premium arena champion. Madame Serris is ways better in removing all buffs than Elegaius. I do see Elegaius coming onto the scene when the doom tower is released, especially for hitting waves of identical champions (and putting their abilities on hold).

Im in gold 4 arena been using elegaus and hes only level 50 does just fine for my team. Just gotts be creative :)

Most of if not all of the new fusions aren't exactly in teh current arena meta, but They will probably all ( including elegaius ) be very useful for the incoming doom tower . So Let's wait and see ;)

I think a lot of people wouldn't even use Madam Serris if the game fixed Elegaius AI.

The Arena Team I am trying to build is the following:

Leader: Arbiter - 30% Speed Aura

1st move: Arbiter -----------> Turn Meter + Increase Attack

2nd move: Elegaius ---------> Decrease Enemy Meter + Remove 2 Enemy Buffs

3rd move: Lydia --------------> AOE Def Down + Weaken 

4th move: Foli or Trunda ----> AOE Nuke

If Elegaius AI does the A3 on Auto, I wouldn't even need Madam Serris in my set up.

I could use Lydia to give me the Def Down + Weaken.

It would be my Arena Speed Farming team. 

Madam Serris can remove all enemy buffs.

Elegaius can remove only 2 enemy buffs.

On paper, Madam Serris is better because she can remove more buffs.

However, the team I am using is a Speed team.

I am trying to go before my opponent team.

This means my opponent heroes will never activate any buffs from their skills.

The only buffs the enemy could have would be from Artifact Sets.

Artifact Sets gives buffs to the enemy at the start of the fight.

The enemy is never having a turn, but the Artifact sets are applied before I attack.

This means the maximum amount of buffs the enemy could have is 2.

- Shield Set Buff

- Immunity Set Buff

So when you think about it, You can see why Elegaius only removing 2 buffs is fine.

You only ever need him to remove 2 buffs.

Than you nuke the enemy down.

Elegaius is amazing champion.

You can play Elegaius Manually on a Speed team.

I am just going to complain to the game till they fix Elegaius AI.

I don't want to manaul.

I want the team to go into the fight on auto.

I want the team to do all the right moves on auto.

It takes the developers no time at all to just make Elegaius AI do the A3 move.

I have been so unmotivated to do Tag Arena.

I have been using 1 hero in my defensive fights.

I hear you on that. I took a full week off at end of the last fusion (got all the epics to 50 and decided not to fuse) and skipped the fragment champion.  I am just doing daily quests for a while now.  It's weird having my energy grow daily, but nice only spending an hour a day on the game.  Letting the raid pass expire made it easy to not grind at this game, just too time consuming.

why unmotivated? Gold4 is actually easier lol. I reach gold4 by doing only 5 fights a day :D

actually, I also wanted to drop down rank before but for some reason even I was in the red bar I am still at gold4. I am thinking that a lot of players probably drop ranks that I am still at gold4 range? And also, if this is the case, a lot of strong players are probably at gold 1-3

During the week, Most of the good players put only 1 champion in the defense.

It is so they can farm the tokens fast.

When Arena Reset approachs, Most of the good players put their main set up in the defense

I forgot to do it. lol

It caused me to rank down.

I have faught against Top Tier Classical Arena players in Silver. lol

Cartman was in Silver 4.

A few of the TAO peeps were in lower ranks as well.

The highest I have reached in Tag Arena is Gold 2.

I don't think my team's are strong enough to reach Gold 4.

The game still hasn't fixed Elegaius AI.

Its so sad!
