I have completed this Stage over 300 times and have yet to see any gloves with HP% let alone a 4 star with HP%.
Is there an issue with this particular mission.
Yes I am doing it on Hard mode like it says.
Do it on Brutal, your chances of getting a *4 item will be higher.
As for the main stat RNG, yes, that was a pain in the rear end for me on the previous *3 challenge stage for a chest. It cost me a couple hundred energy.

You will definitely want to get to Brutal ASAP anyway, because Brutal 12/3 and 12/6 are the best farming spots.
In the description it clearly states on Hard, so you will have to do this on hard. It is really a grinding topic. I also needed several hundred of tries to do this....it is just a problem of random drops and sometimes you are done with it after 5 tries, the next ones takes 500....

Doesn't it actually say Hard or higher? I am pretty certain I did it on Brutal.
