We need a set that places hp burn.
Seems like a no brainer for a new set of gear. It could be used like the freeze armor where you must be hit to place the hp burn or like the stun set where you have a % of placing hp burn on attacks.
I'm kind of surprised it isnt in game already.
Thoughts?
I like the idea of having this in the game, however I don't think they'll approve it.
Having a chance to place hp burn if usable by AoE champs will make Spider's den too easy and nobody will ever skill up Ignatius or consider using Elder Skarg and those with built in hp burn at all.
