The most persistant spammer i have ever seen is occupying english 1 and 2 (probably more)

It is in other channels too. New name every day, all level 3 or 4 player level.

Hate to suggest censorship at all, but anyone under both level 20 and a week old account should be limited to a single chat message per minute.
Actual civilized people could still ask a question and get an answer but would stop the nonsense from preventing any conversation at
