Who says they're hacking or cheating? The fact that they come from far behind doesn't mean much - people who really try to win a tournament often sit and wait for a while to see if it will be winnable, then make their move fairly late. Obviously these are whales who have pulled lots of champions from shards and lots of xp brews to train them all super fast, but that doesn't make them hackers. 

Maybe it is an experienced player that decided to save their resources for that tournament?

For example: champion chase tournament - somebody may have saved up 20 Sacred shards and opened them all in that tournament.  I don't think 1000 mystery shards even come close to that 20 Sacred.

How do you know it was "a low lvl player"?

For a player with 6-8 seconds brutal campaign farmer and enough gems to buy energy refills 7000 points in half a day is nothing. And that Madame and lego book can certainly stimulate gem expenditure.

Because players are divided into lvl groups, you won't find lvl40-50 player in a lvl 20-30 player group. The prizes are also different for this reason. And the prize is the "monster", not "madam". This is a low lvl group prize.

This player is a low lvl, to reach so many points in such a short time is impossible. He would need to rank up 10 legendary champs to 6 and then lvl them to 60, in half a day. Do you any low lvl who has the resources to do that ?
