Well ive spent my last gold on this scam and instead gonna spend it on ppl dedicated to find out how legal this company is. And ill start giving lottery a chance because....well i beet odds!!

It's not that rare to get legendary dupes I've done the maths on other thread...

The more unique legendaries you have the more probable to get dupes.

How many total legendaries that you get and how many of them are duoes?

73 (non void) legendaries, I don't count void because it's a different set of shard used for them.

Basically every time you get a unique (non void) legendary, you chance of getting a legendary duplicate increase by 1.4%

It's "birthday paradox".

In a group of 23 people 2 of them sharing a birthday is more likely than all of them having different birthdays.

In a group of 88 people probability of 3 of them sharing a birthday is more than 1/2.

Interesting, I've looked it up and then calculated using the birthday paradox probability, that it would only take for someone to pull 11 legendaries to have a 55% chance that 1 of those 11 would be a duplicate

Far greater probability than my personal calculation.

And further calciulaton, it actually only takes 29 lego pulls to have a 99% chance that 1 of those 29 is a duplicate.

The chances are really slim but it happens. I understand how frustrating it is but like others have pointed out, it's all just probability/ RNG.
