I played a while last year and came back to the game by starting a new account.  I wanted to get a nice strong start so I planned to drop about $150 in and did during the first 3 days after starting fresh.

Now all the offers I get are around twice the price point as previously and, on average slightly less value.  Just barely below the value that I like to get and at a higher price point.  I like to spend a couple packs per month at $20ish.  My wife doesn't really notice that, but these packs at $50-100 I can't sneak them in ;)

my question is, are my pack prices permanently bricked?  Or will they go back to normal when I don't maintain the higher level of spending?
