Legendary does not guarantee your account is playable because at least 60% of legos are useless or limited useful. I would prefer Plarium increase the Legendary drop rate like 1% to 5%.

Scyl of Drake is a great champion. I am doing decent with her in everyone of my battles everywhere. You are dishing out 50% heal every turn (10% to each champ), plus you can stun the enemies for a turn, as well as revive. Give her high speed, resistance, accuracy, defence, HP, and she is good to go.Frey said:

The whales will be gone in 3 months after they burn through the game.
