Does Dutches Lilitu's passive stack?
If multiple dutches are on the same team, do their passive's stack, so if there are 4, is that 100% AOE damage reduction?

unless it is stated by Plarium, the answer in No.
Champ-design idea mostly based on single champ, when you have 2 same champs with 2 same auto-passive (auto from beginning, no need to trigger) skills only 1 is counted, for example Hegemon.
Passive skill need to be triggered, for example Tormin, will based on that champ.

I came across that team and avoided them, now I know I can deal with them should I see the team again.
