If you mean the Lifesteal set, yes, it works on any champion, it simply counts the 30% heal from the damage your champion causes.

I have it on all sorts of champions I use in Dungeons and Faction Wars (some even in Arena, since I uzse them there too) - such as Drexthar Bloodtwin (Defence) and Siphi the Lost Bride (Support - Attack based A1).

I do not use it on HP based champions, because I usually want their HP to be as high as possible, using HP% sets (Immortal, etc.), or I have them in the Shield set with as much +HP% as possible, to make the best use of the shield. It would work just fine, though.
