Maneater block debuffs vs Tormins freeze debuff

Isn't freeze considered a debuff?

If so, why when Maneater casts his unkillable AND block debuffs buff does Tormins freeze debuff work against champ's with a damn block debuffs on them?

Because it's intentionally made that way. There are only 2 champions who don't get frozen if they apply several buffs, one of which is block debuffs. Those 2 are Lilithu and Siphi. When those 2 were added to the game they were specifically made not to trigger Tormin. Everybody else - Maneater, Warlord, Mausoleum Mage, Blind Seer, Jarl etc. trigger his passive.

This question why this is happening and why several specific champions work differently than others has been asked since the Tormin was added to the game, and there was never a proper answer.

Imho, every champion that cast block debuff should counter Tormin's passive. I believe it is either Siphi and Duchess is broken, or the other champions are broken. This is one of the things that devs dont admit if this is an issue or not. Let us see on the next balance patch if they will address this issue.
