I have been banned from the chat in the game from on of their robots.  A ton of players have the same problem and looking all over the forums it seems like the moderators haven replied to posts for weeks on anyones threads.  I am very dissatisfied with this companies lack of support.  Somone will eventually sue the company.  I have spent a ton of money on this game and didn't realize that the company does give a crap about their community.
