Update 2.12
I’ve just updated to version 2.12 that’s supposed to have the fix to arena and can confirm nothing has changed. Let me know if it’s different for you Guys!

I've updated 2.12, at first glance in Bronze 4 and silver 1 it seems there's less legendaries that are appearing.

Click your avatar icon on the top left corner and then pick the info tab, on the top of the window of that tab should show you the app version you are using currently

My ipad is updated to 2.12 but my PC is still on 2.11 I have tried to update my PC verson but still showing 2.11

@everyone Hello, all! We are excited to let you know that the 2.12 version is now available in your stores. You can update the current version to a new one, but the features of the patch won’t be available yet. We will turn on all the new features and additions tomorrow, with the server restart. Will keep you posted about this.
As of version 2.12, Raid: Shadow Legends will no longer be supported on x86 (32-bit) Android devices, and starting with the next version (2.20), Raid will no longer be supported on older iOS devices (iPhone 5C and older; all those with ARMv7 processors). To those affected by this change, we apologize for the inconvenience. If this means you can no longer play on your only mobile device, please consider playing Raid on PC or Mac using Plarium Play. Hey guys here to update, I’ve been playing the updated version of 2.12. And the changes are inconsistent. I’ll find a good list of opponents where my team is actually competitive for like 5-6 opponents of the opponents, but it takes me 5-6 refreshes to find this list. while it’s is an extremely small upgrade from where we were I am looking forward to them continuing to fix arena to make it playable for the average player.
