well the spam has picked up the last week.

Did they only have Valdys as a mod? Like only 1 person?

I dont know what a mod will do here aside from deleting spam posts. All the topics here from the past few weeks/months are basically repeated topics from many months ago.

If they have technical problems in the game, they are advised to go to their discord for faster reply

95% of players misunderstand the role of forum/call center & their staffs. The reason is simple, they are company's only contacts, all players would expect they could solve their problems. 

Let imagine an earth core with many filled circles, center is red color, then cooler orange, pink, ... outside is green, blue is ozone, black is outer space. 

Forum is created for player discussion, game announcements, news; who are forum moderators ? They are just outside staffs, who stay in black zone or between blue and black zone. All they could do is calm players down when they got troubles and report/escalate (if possible).

Call center or staff in-game contact are staff in blue zone, similar to forum moderators, their jobs are calm players down when they report bug/hack and escalate to developers, who stay in pink or orange zone.

So you would ask who can change/fix the game ? Production manager is the one in-change, he can decide what will be made or not; and people who implement it are coders, remember, none of them read your complaints.

I will second L9753 for the job if he wants it.  Mod is usually one of those jobs where you have duties but no compensation.  He should get 500 gems a week FREE if he takes it. 

Well on the one hand, theres less posts with the plarium-brand condescending tone that responds most of the time with "nope your complaint is invalid, there i no such issue with the game". 

And if you keep pressing the issue, they'll start acting the same way as the cops / bouncers do when you press an issue; forcibly get rid of you (ban). The mods on their discord apparently had the same employee training as they act the same way. 

If I have to nominate, J can be a good mod.
