Upcoming Hero Re-Balance Recommendations
Valkyrie posted we will be having a huge Champion Rebalance coming.
I would like to give my Suggestions.
I have a few heroes which I feel could use a slight Buff.
Some of the heroes I want Buffs for are not bad heroes.
The problem is they have minor errors with them which is why I want them to be Buffed a little bit.
There is a Method to my Madness - I always have a reason.
I will explain to you what the reason is for the Buff.
Okay! Lets Begin!
The first hero I would like to see Buffed is Harvest Jack.
Here is a Screenshot of Harvest Jack A2.
I own Harvest Jack - Every time I do his A2 move - NOTHING HAPPENS!
Harvest Jack A2 move is suppose to do Block Buffs - Poison - Decrease Attack.
All of the Restrictions on Harvest Jack A2 move prevent him from doing any of these moves.
And here is the problem
If Harvest Jack was able to do these 3 Debuffs, I feel like I would be able to beat Undead Faction Wars Crypt(UFC) Stage 21.
Let me explain why I feel this way!
UFC Stage 21 Wave 1 = 2x Martyrs (Counter Attack)
UFC Stage 21 Wave 2 = 3x Valkyries (Counter Attack + Shield) + 1x Warcaster (Block Damage) + 1x Errol (Hits like Truck)
It takes me 40 mins to beat Stage 1 + Stage 2.
I have no way to Block the Buffs of all these champions.
I have no way to reduce the Errol Attack.
They put so many Buffs + they hit really Hard.
And the hero who is suppose to deal with them is RIGHT THERE!
Harvest Jack has the Block Buffs.
Harvest Jack has the Decrease Enemy Attack.
HARVEST JACK NEVER DOES THEM.
PLEASE - Just let this Legendary Champion put the Debuff's he is suppose to be putting on the Enemies.
Remove all of these Restriction from his Skill Kit.
ALSO - Here is something else you should know:
UFC Stage 21 Wave 3 = Boss - A1 Single Target (Ignores Defense) - Passive (Gains Turn Meter Filling when Hit).
NOTICE - The Boss gains Turn Meter Filling if you hit them!
BUT a Status Condition like Poison doesn't hit the Boss
It's an absolute Tragedy.
Harvest Jack is a Total Contradiction!
Harvest Jack has the debuffs to be helpful vs. the Waves + Boss.
Yet, Harvest Jack doesn't do the debuffs to be helpful vs. the Waves + Boss.
The Most Amazing - None Amazing Hero Ever!
Another hero I would like to see Buffed is Sepulcher.
Here is a Screenshot of Sepulcher A2 move.
What I would like is for the game to allow players to reduce this skill to 3.
Most people use Sepulcher in Clan Boss
The problem is Sepulcher A2 move doesn't move in Sync with the Clan Boss.
The Clan Boss has 3 moves:
1st move = AOE
2nd move = AOE
3rd move = Single Target - Stun
What I would like to do is use Sepulcher [Block Debuffs] Buff to handle the Stun.
The issue is the lowest you can get Sepulcher A2 Cool down is 4 turn Cool Down.
The fact the move is 4 turns throws off the Rotation.
Let me show you:
First Cycle of moves
Turn 1 Sepulcher goes ------> I do her A1 move
Turn 1 Clan Boss goes ------> Does his 1st AOE move
Turn 2 Sepulcher goes ------> I do her A2 move (Def up + Block Buffs) for 2 turns ---> A2 Skill on 4 turn CD.
Turn 2 Clan Boss goes -----> Does his 2nd AOE move
Turn 3 Sepulcher goes ------> I do her A1 move (Def up + Block Buffs) for 1 turn ----> A2 Skill on 3 turn CD
Turn 3 Clan Boss goes -----> Single Target - Stun = Blocked!
Second Cycle of moves
Turn 4 Sepulcher goes ------> I do her A1 move -----------------------------------------------> A2 Skill on 2 turn CD
Turn 4 Clan Boss goes ------> Does his 1st AOE move
Turn 5 Sepulcher goes ------> I do her A1 move -----------------------------------------------> A2 Skill on 1 turn CD
Turn 5 Clan Boss goes -----> Does his 2nd AOE move
Turn 6 Sepulcher goes ------> I do her A2 move (Def up + Block Buffs) for 2 turn ----> A2 Skill on 4 turn CD
Turn 6 Clan Boss goes -----> Single Target - Stun = Blocked!
Third Cycle of moves
Turn 7 Sepulcher goes ------> I do her A1 move (Def up + Block Buffs) For 1 turn ----> A2 Skill on 3 turn CD
Turn 7 Clan Boss goes ------> Does his 1st AOE move
Turn 8 Sepulcher goes ------> I do her A1 move ---The Buffs have Expired-------------> A2 Skill on 2 turn CD.
Turn 8 Clan Boss goes -----> Does his 2nd AOE move
Turn 9 Sepulcher goes ------> I do her A1 move ---The Buffs have Expired--------------> A2 Skill on 1 turn CD
Turn 9 Clan Boss goes -----> Single Target - Stun = UNBLOCKED!!!!!!!!!
You saw it coming didn't you?
As the fight carries on, Sepulcher A2 move is moving!
I wanted to use Sepulcher A2 move every time the Clan Boss was having his A2 move.
The problem is Sepulcher A2 is on a 4 Turn Cool Down.
The Clan Boss is cycling through 3 Turns worth of moves.
The Extra Cool Down Sepulcher has causes it to slowly shift, until Sepulcher move falls out of Sync.
When the move Falls out of Sync, What happens?
My hero is no longer able to block the Stun from the Clan Boss.
How can we fix this?
We can fix it 2 different ways.
1st way = Have Sepulcher A2 start off at 4 turns vs. 5 turns.
This way when players Book Sepulcher with a Tome - The move will be on a 3 turn Cycle even with the Clan Boss.
2nd way = Have Sepulcher A2 gain an extra Cool Down Line.
Sepulcher A2 is on a 5 turn cool down.
Players have the chance to add 1 tome (Lvl 2 Cooldown -1).
What if you added another line such as (Lvl 3 Cooldown -1).
Players would than be able to Reduce Sepulcher Cooldown with 2 Books, until it reaches 3.
