Typical 'OMG What do I do?' new F2P player question

Okay, there is my roster. Only been playing for a month or so and have gotten lucky with some pulls lately. I focused on Kael to start, but when I got Errol and Bael, I stopped and focused on them. Then I got Hordin from the event and worked on him. Now, got the feeders leveled up but confused where to use them. I was thinking Coldheart or Khatun, but have been getting my butt handed to me in the Arena by Kael lately and than has given me pause. I have watched a bunch of videos and done quite a bit of searching. Books are going to be my downfall right now. So I have been farming potions trying to at least get them all ascended. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Oh yeah, not adverse to spending a little bit of money. My mine is fully updated and working on the sparring pit now as well. Forgot, market is fully open too.

simplest thing to do: check https://ayumilove.net/raid-shadow-legends-list-of-champions-by-ranking/, only upgrade champions with S or A rank. This 80% correct.

You need to farm brutal 12.3 and make 6 star chars

Unfortunately I think you are off to a bad start with your choice of leveling shaman and hordin...

Unfortunately, they were the best I had at the time. Hordin, when combined with Bael as leader tends to wipe entire stages by himself on hard. Really working on get crit damage bonus on him and Errol. Haven't been able to finish hard yet to even start Brutal. I pulled Khutun, Coldheart and Luria after I had already 5 starred Hordin. All my extra energy goes into leveling the feeder champs to get a 6 star, but it takes some time.

I don't think he is there yet. In the beginning Shaman did great work for me. Now I only use her in FC (until I get a better one)

Shaman does very well for me right now. She is not a long term champ and I won't 6 star her. I am going to work on Athel, Coldheart and Khatun right now. They seem to be doing the best for me on hard right now. I can run most dungeons, except Spider on auto to level 12 right now. Most of the time I farm levels 8-10 for potions depending on the dungeon

Bad el is top priority now.

Medicore to good gear and he can solo Mino 15.

Brutal all the way is no problem for him even with leftover gear ...

He can keep you alive at cb or basically any dungeon without need for everyone in lifesteal. (Defup buff + def based champs and bad el is usable even in unm cb)

Get him to lv60 and book him asap

Having 2 of them would even work in FW up to finall boss (not sure if there as well)

Poison and continuous heal on a2 are his main weapon. Chill out and see enemies scratch him while being eaten by poison for him just to go back to full from his own heals ...

The more HP on enemy the better he gets ...

I have to get some feeders to 5 star first before I can do anything with Bael. I am working on the feeders as quick as I can. I already have one of them at 5 star lvl 50(the Bael, not the feeders). I have a four 4 star feeders right now. Got to Felwin's Gate on brutal today. Bael and Hordin are working out well with Errol as support.

Not sure if you are aware. 5* lv1 can be used as food for 5* lv50 ranking up to 6* lv1.

You do not need to lvlup food before consumption. Star count matters not level

Totally aware of that. I don't really have 4* champs to use as food right now. I am working at getting a bunch of 2 and 3 stars up to level for food. I am not sure if I really want to use my extra Bael as food for my leveled one right now. Would be fun to have 2ksthecr0w said:

Then I got Hordin from the event and worked on him.  Now, got the feeders leveled up but confused where to use them.  I was thinking Coldheart or Khatun, but have been getting my butt handed to me in the Arena by Kael lately and than has given me pause.  I have watched a bunch of videos and done quite a bit of searching.  Books are going to be my downfall right now. So I have been farming potions trying to at least get them all ascended.  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.  Oh yeah, not adverse to spending a little bit of money.  My mine is fully updated and working on the sparring pit now as well. I am going to work on Athel, Coldheart and Khatun right now.  They seem to be doing the best for me on hard right now.  I can run most dungeons, except Spider on auto to level 12 right now. (Defup buff + def based champs and bad el is usable even in unm cb)</p><br><p>Get him to lv60 and book him asap </p><p>Having 2 of them would even work in FW up to finall boss (not sure if there as well)</p><br><p>Poison and continuous heal on a2 are his main weapon. Then I got Hordin from the event and worked on him.  Now, got the feeders leveled up but confused where to use them.  I was thinking Coldheart or Khatun, but have been getting my butt handed to me in the Arena by Kael lately and than has given me pause.  I have watched a bunch of videos and done quite a bit of searching.  Books are going to be my downfall right now. So I have been farming potions trying to at least get them all ascended.  Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.  Oh yeah, not adverse to spending a little bit of money.  My mine is fully updated and working on the sparring pit now as well. I am going to work on Athel, Coldheart and Khatun right now.  They seem to be doing the best for me on hard right now.  I can run most dungeons, except Spider on auto to level 12 right now.
