I also did not finish this fusion, because I didn't get the Steadfast Marshal in time. While all the champions are available in tournaments and events throughout the fusion, sadly missing even one required champion will block the fusion.
I hope that we all get better luck and more already stored characters in the next fusion.

Surprise, the one should have more than enough material said he did not.
To thread owner: you said you miss 1 rare ? Do you believe people have all rares still miss the fusion ? It is because they did not prepare for the huge amount of potions before it is too late. I always remind clan members the huge amount of potions they need to have.
