Summoning fragments
This new info button above summon champion with fragments tells me that the fragments can't be found anywhere. Champion is hordin. Soooo what's the point.

It says quite plainly that they are rewards from events and tournaments. None will be available until a new activity starts. There may be fragments with the events that start later on. That's if this hourly maintenance thing doesn't keep up. I haven't seen this much maintenance in the last month

According to the official patch notes, you can get Champion Fragments from Events and Tournaments.
Also not sure when, but I'm sure we'd get better champions for the Fragment Summons.

1 hero no one wants or needs, and the functionality isn't yet released because we still can't get any fragments, nor for heroes we actually desire - wasted effort Plarium.
Just more PR smoke and mirrors - nothing really tangible to see here - move along, move along.

In 2019 Plarium give players whole champs.
In 2020 they give player whole champs but useless champs.
In 2021 they give players only champ's fragments, lol.
