Nope.

Rotos is not even S rank champ. There are many champs much more stronger (more broken) than Rotos: Big ‘Un, Ma’Shalled, Krisk the Ageless, Lord Shazar. 

Players could set 1 of above champs in Arena and can defeat whole team, Rotos alone can't do that.

Only Rotos have block revive ? There are 16 champs have block revive.  I do have Rotos.

I do fight Abiter + Rotos team and I also do fight Krisk Ageless/Lord Shazar 1-man-army team, I just never fight Rotos alone.

Abiter (Valkyrie) + X team have many forms, Abiter + Tormin, Abiter + Rhazin, Abiter + Foli, Abiter + Zavia, Abiter + Rotos, etc.  (I am telling you those team I have fought in Gold IV).

Some replace Abiter by Siphi, lol.

On the right of the curve you see Rotos, Arbiter, Sir Nick

The variety are in the middle...

It's not that it's bad, but as the min-maxing goes to the extreme in the end game accounts, it bounds to happen that the choice of heroes becomes narrower and narrower.

We are aware of the overwhelming power of certain champions and underwhelming performance of others, and working on characters rebalance. While it will not be released in 2.10 update, stay tuned to our biweekly updates for more info in the near future.
