Wow. You have a LOT of extremely good champions sitting at level 1. Though your 4 current 6*s are pretty great themselves, other than Relickeeper who is pretty far down the priority list. 

Absolute musts to get to 60: Blind Seer, Madame Serris, Peydma, Sepulcher Sentinel, Skullcrusher, Miscreated Monster, Gorgorab, Coldheart, Apothecary. 

Also viable 60s: Seeker, Errol, Lightsworn, Battlesage, Cardinal, Bellower, Pain Keeper, Fellhound

I'm seeking advice on which few I should level next and what kind of fights are they good for.

Well your next step is definitely grinding  to rank up those heroes.

If you pay to buy those heroes, my suggestion is don't cheap out on buying storage space for them, you'll never know any of those unused heroes can be am ingredient for future fusion

Either you buy the chickens or grind the common and uncommon for the food, or maybe the excess rare heroes.

You have good enough champions, once they're leveled, ascended, geared and have masteries, to do all dungeons to stage 20, UNM clanboss and high gold arena. But obviously it'll take quite a while to do all that and you'll need to work on all types of content - campaign for leveling, dungeons (focus on dragon first) and Clan Boss for gear, arena for medals, faction wars for glyphs. 

Thanks, will work on the few that you mentioned starting with the absolute musts. I've been grinding on dragon partly because of the current event going on. At the same time working to make that new fusion champ that looks pretty sweet. Is it worth it?

You need to work on building teams for specific area's of the game.

• Dracomorph
• Occult Brawler
• Blind Seer
• Skullcrusher

For Arena: You have several different set ups:

1. Leader (Skullcrown) ---> Seeker ---> Lanakis ---> Skullcrown ---> Sinesha
2. Leader (Skullcrown) ---> Seeker ---> Madam Serris ---> Skullcrown ---> Gnarlhorn
3. Leader (Skullcrown) ---> Seeker ---> Madam Serris ---> Skullcrown ---> Fenax
4. Leader (Skullcrown) ---> Golden Reaper ---> Gorgorab ---> Madam Serris ---> Skullcrown
