Bruv get your head out of your ass, they first said there wasn't a way and they didn't want to add it because of the fact that it could lead to people just min/maxing for everything and make the point of grinding stuff pointless. Once you get a full set of +16 gear you want for the main things in game and a few +16 pieces to change out for fights that you need to be higher in specific stats, then there is literally no reason to do 95% of the content in the game if you could switch out artifacts for free when ever you want.

Honestly i don'y think the game needs to be changed in those reguards. The game needs so many things fixed and you want to bitch about the silver cost to change out a piece of gear? You think arena is busted now, and almost impossible to do new new or free or low spending players now? Think of the shit show it would be if people could freely change artifacts at will for every single fight. 

Just because they say they are thinking about adding things, doesn't in any way say that they will 100% be added to the game at all, it just means what they said.....they are THINKING ABOUT IT.....it's not 100% going to be added.

If you say you are thinking of doing something does, that mean you will 100% always do it?
