Debuffs don't land on weak hits, that's why. You can build 600 accuracy on Frozen Banshee but she'd still have a 30% chance for a weak hit on Force Clan Boss.

Also, I may be mistaken (correct me if I am wrong) but I have entered battle on a void CB but when entering the battle, he'd changed affinity. It may have changed just before punching the ticket, but I didn;t notice it,

Regarding your Juliana, 163 is too low to consistently land debuffs on NM. Also how is your Juliana's crit rate? I believe she needs to crit to land her poisons, so if your Juliana doesn't have at least 70% crit rate, you're also gonna have a hard time.

My Juliana's crit is over 100%, it is not a problem.

If your debuff is attached to an attack they wont land on weak hits.

For this reason champions that places debuff without attacks are actually stronger then they are weak affinity.

An example is dracomorphs A3 that places weaken and decrease defense, but it is not an attack and therefore the A3 abiiltiy is not affected by the weak affinity.

And obviously void champions will never score weak hits so on them it is not important whether the debuff comes from a hit or not.
