Toxic sets aren't worth the 4 slots they take up. On the fights where you really want poison, so CB and dungeon bosses, you want to make sure you get the strong version of poison, with 5 percent. In some cases, the 2.5 percent poisons from the toxic set can even be harmful, because there is a 10 debuff maximum and they may be taking up a slot that could otherwise be filled by a 5 percent poison.
And indeed, Yaga isn't a very good poisoner, there's a reason he's never in the conversation about which poisoners to use on CB.

I have not leveled him. I put him in a toxic and speed set. I can strip that off and put him into storage.
Is it worth using silver to save the toxic set? Sounds like I will never need it.

Toxic set is one of the poorer sets unfortunately. As a new player you will get the most benefit from the sets the Dragon drops - accuracy, speed, life steal, and even stalwart

Don’t trash them though. If they’re good pieces you can always use them in a broken set, set bonuses help but large stats are much better.
