I'm still getting rares from green shards at about the rate you would expect. Just thought it odd that I would get those blues on the market. I haven't seen any since right before the last ancient shard summon boost.
I post on Reddit about blue shard in market, one guy told me he got 5 every month, I trusted him and tried to notice if that was true, nope, it's a lie, in 2 months, 60 days, I SEE 0, ZERO, NULL, NO BLUE SHARDS AT ALL.
Plarium never care about 5 or 6 or 10 or whatever blue shards appear in market, NEVER, NEVER CARE. They only set the chance blue shards appears is super low is more than enough.

if you're on often enough - and have your market slots unlocked - you should have little to no issue getting all 5 of your ancients every month.
there's no correlation with account level, etc.
