Can you share a screenshot? Have to say there are often posts like this and in most cases, the poster is missing something obvious - maybe your case is different, but best to quickly check. 

Hey just thought i would ask all of you if i'm doing something wrong.  I've asked Plarium support to look at, but within the Arbiter mission its not giving credit for equipping a Rare ATK type champion with 6 offensive artifacts of level 4 or higher.  I have spent hundreds of thousands of silver trying to remove then add these artifacts and its stuck on 4/6.  I've looked at the language like a hundred times wondering if it meant ANY offensive artifact...but i THINK it just OFFENSIVE ones.  What the heck?  Feel stuck and wondered if anyone else has run into this?  I am Level 51 now, been playing pretty consistently and i'm missing out on all the mission rewards- not to mention Arbiter!!  Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.  Feels like a bug, right?

You are doing something wrong. A screenshot as suggested would let us tell you how. And you are not missing out on Arbiter if you can't figure this mission out... lol ... sorry, I had to say that

Btw, if by stuck on 4/6 you mean it remains at 4/6 even if you remove a piece and have only 3 left, you also need to consider the possibility that there is another champion that you aren't thinking of, who does have 4 pieces of such offensive gear.
