200 speed. It'snot  much, maybe, but I attack first in most of the cases, at my lvl. And normally my first 4 moves are aoe that do the job, unless some freak shows up.

And, in any case, you missed my point completely. If a hero one rank and ten levels below mines can flat my team with a single +90k crit, there's something definitely wrong with the game. And you neglecting it does not help at all.

Well it's actually not that far that 1 rank / 10 level gap is.

And with how many things you can add to your hero's stat, from gear (9 slots), masteries, books, great hall, and glyphs, it's actually not that hard to close in and surpass that 1 rank/ 10 levels gap.
