There are far more important champions that they have to rework. Sure, he has to be buffed, but it is of too low priority right now. They better nerf Bully before that, he is just unreal. If you pull and use Bully, it almost feels like cheating.

Have Rotos and he's not useless. He could need a little buff, especially for Dungeons and CB. But I use him in many teams.

But what am I missing with "Bully"? What Bully? Sarcasm or wrong champion name?

I genuinely cant tell if this is a troll thread or a real suggestion but incase you´re new i´ll give you the benefit of the doubt.

Rotos is currently THE strongest champion in arena in the entire game. infact whenever he is mentioned i tend to refer to him as a cheat champion simply for the fact that he doesnt need good gear to strike way above his paygrade and win fights against teams that are considerably better geared and even better teams through sheer rng so i find his entire design to be extremely unhealthy for the game.

If you look at the list of players currently in platinum you can see that rotos represents about 80% of all competitive teams. 

While Rotos is most known for being oppressive in arena he is very good in almost all content of the game including dungeons ( not fireknight )

For example he can solo icegolem 20 with decent gear. He was always designed to be an arena champion but due to his kit being hilariously overtoned he just happens to be good in other places aswell.
