Weird turn meter work
I had a battle where my Khorornar was faster than enemy's Gorgorab but Gorgorab made his move earlier. Looks like my Khorornar passed some turns in turnmeter. Any ideas?

Most likely Gorgorab proc Cycle of Revenge mastery.

Don't you see that on the 3rd picture my Khoronar got his turn meter full?

Yes, either Cycle of Revenge or Timely Intervention was proc'ed.
The turn meter visual only displays up to 100% but it actually goes further than that. So if either mastery I've mentioned has proc'ed, Gorgorab's TM will definitely overtake Khoronar's (Khoronar may be at that moment sitting at 110%, and Gorgorab may have went up to 115% or so).
