Well, now I wonder which are these Legendary that you have pulled 3 and 4 times.
Yes, RNG may be real bitch most of the time, but you still can't get around the statistical probability of having so many legendary duplicates. I am pretty sure you have to have Vault full of Legendaries to actually have so many dupes.

On the other hand I have 17 legs and not single dup (knock on wood). Not to brag but just pointing out that there is great luck as well as horrible luck. Sorry man!
