This morning, I was charged 10,49 Euro for raid Silver Pass, but it didn't reactivate.
This means that a lot of energy was wasted, because I did nor receive the 20% exp bonus. I absolutely expect to be compensated.

Check your purchase confirmations. If your purchase didn't go well, you shoul've received a refund from Google/Apple.I have it now, by a workaround. When I tried to purchase the raid pass again manually, in addition the automatic renewal, I got the message 'You already purchased for another account'. So I wasn't charged, and the renewal suddenly worked.
I have an alternate account that I haven't used for over 6 months and I had the raid pass for it only once. It is odd that this problem still pops up.
And I lost out on a lot of energy and silver because I didn't get the bonuses I already had paid for. So'I reall yneed an in-game reimbursement in energy and silver
