When I go to build a Clan Boss team, I think of 5 Key things.
1. Decrease Attack ------------------------------> Reducing the CB Atk helps us live longer to do more damage.
2. Decrease Defense ---------------------------> Reducing the CB Def helps our Physical attacks deal more damage.
3. Weaken ----------------------------------------> Weakening the CB helps our Physical attacks deal more damage.
4. Poison/HP Burn -------------------------------> Applies a Debuff which helps us do Status damage to the CB over time.
5. Counter Attack Buff or Speed Buff ------> Increases our teams consistency to do the above things.
Once, you have all of these 5 Key things on your team.
You can begin to expand the capability of your CB team which I will not get into.
Lets keep it simple for now.

- Jareg
- Mdm Serris
- Stag Knight
- Nazana
- Lord Champfort

I don't know which one I will pick, but I know 1 of them will be needed.

Number 3 = Weaken
I don't see anyone on your list which can apply Weaken.
Thus, I asked you the question "how close are you to fusing Rhazin"?
Rhazin is a hero who can apply Weaken.
Rhazin is a Top Tier hero in my opinion.
You said your not close to making him.
I am stuck on Number 3.
