because Khatun is great for Arena (if you don't have another Speed and TM up champ for that) but the others are great IN GENERAL. 

As you just started (and are super lucky seeing what you pulled - especially draco !!!) she suggested it in the order which will help you the most. As Campaign, Dungeons and especially clanboss will help your account the most. Arena is good for the bonus-stats you get from the Tier, but the equiptment from dungoens / CB and the Food-farm-capabilities of stage 12-3 or 12-6 on brutal will help you a lot more.

Bellower is (with the Right gear) one of (if not the) best Campaign-farmer to lvl Food and stuff (also decent in Arena)

Coldheart is just purely amazing for Dungeons like Spider and Fireknight. Especially later where the HP stack up massively  CH hits incredibly hard and can kill take care of 80-90% of the hp (of spider for instance ---- for fire-knight she's awesome because of her 4-hit a1 :) )
