So if anyone can help or know a workaround.  

My clan (check in, members, and clan boss) has been bugged since the massive ban (yes, multiple months).  I have not been able to see clan members, and when i click the the clan boss, it's blank.  The only thing i can see is clan chat.  I've asked them several times to kick me, thinking maybe that's a workaround, but i have never seen a reply (maybe they can't even see my texts).  I have sent multiple tickets but have not seen any replies, the latest ticket sent today via phone, before that, 4/2/20 via phone, and before that March 4th.  I have yet to recieve any reply except for the standard generic message. Below are screenshots of what i see( this was taken on march 4th, i have over 40 keys at the moment).

If anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated.
