Ok so brought my phone account on to pc to play and not getting the rewards for the event any clues or ideas tried relogging and letting it sit for an hour or so ???

um44199945 | 43299767 I had the same issue, didn’t get the reward maybe there is a chance for CS to verify that people didn’t and rectify it still? If not that’s to bad. Maybe they can upgrade the inbox storage for the future

I'm here to address issues with receiving gifts as a token of our support during the quarantine. To receive it, you should have logged in at least once during the seven days before we sent them.

I will also elaborate on the subject of items disappearing from Inbox when it's full to dispel confusion. If your Inbox was full before we sent gifts, the oldest items you had there should have been erased, and gifts still added in the mail as your latest acquisition.

Sadly this is not true, I login every day, my inbox wasn’t full and I didn’t get the items. So it would be good to lookin to issues regarding that since it happened to multiple people and it would be unfair if stuff like this happends more often

This is totally unfair we should also get the rewards thing like this you speak of never happened I am grinding a whole week maybe more so I can upgrade a champion from rank 4 to 5 and I only have 3 decent champions I think we deserve those rewards so we can progress further
